Getting Started
If you’ve attended the cardmaking workshop, hosted by your Close To My Heart Consultant, you’ll already have the necessary products required to create the six featured cards (two each of three designs.) If you haven’t attended the workshop and would like to create the artwork shown here, contact your Consultant to order the supplies.

Helpful Hints
To create two of each of the featured cards, follow the helpful hints outlined below and the assembly instructions found in our how-to book Originals®. If you did not attend the workshop and do not have the featured stamp set, use an alternate stamp set or talk with your Consultant about how to purchase this exclusive stamp set. Your Consultant can offer you additional help with this and other great projects and show you our full line of high-quality scrapbooking and cardmaking products.
- Cut the papers according to the paper dimensions on page 59 of Originals™. Cut two 1" × 1" Tulip cardstock pieces and two 2 1/4" × 2 1/4" Juniper cardstock pieces. Cut the following accent pieces from White Daisy cardstock: four 2" × 2 1/2" pieces and two 2" × 2" pieces. (Note: The White Daisy accent pieces are used for stamping.)
- Using a texture tool of choice, lightly apply Tulip ink to the edges of the papers.
- Using the sponging technique, apply Crème Brulee ink to the Dimensional Elements pieces.
- Using Tulip and Crème Brulee inks, stamp two gift boxes and their embellishments on two of the 2" × 2 1/2" accent pieces. Cut out.
- Using Tulip and Crème Brulee inks, stamp the stacked gift box image and its embellishments on the remaining 2" × 2 1/2" accent pieces and on the 2" × 2" accent pieces.
- Using Tulip ink, stamp a sentiment of choice on the Dimensional Elements for cards 2 and 3.
- Stamp the swirl image in Tulip ink on the 1" × 1" Tulip accent pieces.
- Attach the Tulip accent pieces to two Dimensional Elements circles. Trim around each circle.
- Assemble the cards according to the instructions on page 59.
- Cut two 4 3/4" pieces of ribbon and attach one piece along the top of each card 2, placing the ribbon 1" from the top.
- Attach the accent pieces, Twinkle Brads, and Dimensional Elements as desired.
- Cut six 3” pieces of ribbon and attach one piece to each card as desired.
